Survey for Care Takers of Seniors

The University of New Mexico Center for Native American Health is looking for volunteers to take an anonymous survey about memory and thinking. If you are a caregiver for an elder in your community or family, you may take the survey on behalf of the person you care for.

You may be able to join the study if you:

  • You are 55 years old or older
  • You self-identify as American Indian or Alaska Native
  • You live in a rural area in the Southwest (New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, or Colorado)
  • You can access the internet to take the survey

You will receive a $25 e-merchandise card for your participation. The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. Participation is completely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time.
