Mission

The Realty Division will secure all necessary services, supplies and materials to provide for the management of Pueblo land and its resources. Management functions will include acquisition, disposal, surface and subsurface leasing, permitting, rights-of-way, trespass and litigation. Adequately protect, preserve and mange the Pueblo’s land in the most effective manner for deriving and gaining financial and economical benefits. Exercise the Pueblo’s rights in reclaiming its land uses and natural resources.
