Project Management

The Pueblo’s Project Management Department is responsible for overseeing all major construction projects within the Pueblo.  Projects include water and waste water improvements, Tribal Building rehabilitation, new Tribal Building development and so forth. The Project Manager is responsible for locating funding for approved or proposed projects, then helps with all aspects of project management including design, engineering, request for proposals, contractor selection, and project completion.

Pojoaque Basin River Water System Project

The Regional Water System includes surface water diversion facilities at the Pueblo de San Ildefonso on the Rio Grande, and treatment, transmission, storage, and distribution facilities necessary to initially supply up to -2,500 acre-feet per year of consumptive use of water within the Pojoaque Basin to the Pueblos and the County with a build-out up to 4,000 acre-feet per year (up to 2,500 acre-feet per year of consumptive use to the Pueblos and up to 1,500 acre-feet per year of consumptive use to the County).
